Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied, we offer exchanges for store credit. Please review the following terms before requesting a return:

  • Exchanges Only: We do not offer refunds. Items may be exchanged for store credit only.

  • Contact Within 10 Days: You must contact us within 10 days of the original purchase date to initiate a return.

  • Customer-Paid Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways on all returns and exchanges.

  • Handmade Variations: Each piece is handmade and unique. Slight variations in color, texture, and form are natural and are not considered defects.

  • In-Transit Liability: We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
